Move out the old furniture before you bring in the new

 

Your external world is a reflection of your internal world. So, we can reverse engineer that by cleaning out your external work and noticing how that makes room to shift internally.

 

Space for the new.

 
  1. Your environment has new ideas and connections. What message would it give?

  2. Clearing off the desk of paper piles, receipt bills, and anything that needs to be filed

  3. You remove piles of magazines, papers, or projects from your office or closet floor.

  4. Remove piles of stuff from your bookshelves and ensure that your books, photos, and knickknacks are neatly and attractively arranged.

  5. Unsubscribing from at least 5 electronic newsletters that you never have time to read

  6. Cleaning out your inbox of any emails older than 2 weeks 

 
 
 

Circle the easiest one.

 
  1. Schedule. For the next 7 days, pick one activity you can say no to or cancel. Something you don’t want to do

  2. One activity you can delegate while in this training- practice asking and receiving help (for clients going through coaching sessions)

  3. Choose a recurring day and time of the week to devote to study. Creating habits makes it non-negotiable.

  4. How much time are you putting into trying to change someone you cannot? Recenter and ask who I need right now. What will help me feel relaxed?

 
 
 

What feels the hardest? 

 
  1. Money. Bring all money owed to you up to date-NONE

  2. Use gift cards -use them, cash them in, or spend them in the next 7 days you were going to buy

  3. Gather loose money and cash in for more enormous bills. Spend money on education, savings, debt, or buying things needed.

  4. Check your credit card for items or services you are no longer using.  Such as free trials, apps, subscriptions

  5. Enlighten your wallet. Clear your wallet. If warn and torn. Buy a new one

 

Pick the most accessible and most challenging. 

 

This will repay you many times over in your new learning, career, higher income, confidence, and increased self-esteem. Understand, appreciate, and stand up for your value so you can fully step on this new path of becoming a will help you u master habit change.
